Message | Good evening my fellow Kirlawans. I stand here in front of you today to advocate the Local Councils bill and the idea of local councils. After many hours of deliberation with my ministers I have chosen to come out and speak on behalf of this bill because I believe that Kirlawa needs multi-member local councils in order to increase diversity in political ideas and combat the three-party system. Local councils also encourage more debate and coperation in regional government as well as allowing smaller parties like the Píoráidí a chance to speak up and vote on behalf of their sentiments. - Duibhleamhna Ní Dónaill |
