This shall create the National Sex Work Network, which shall provide legal sexual services. It shall be state-run, and heavily regulated. Potential sex workers must undergo an background check that shall include mental health evaluations. Clients shall also undergo an extensive background check before being allowed to visit sex workers. Once they pass the background check, they shall receive a client ID card that they are required to show to each sex worker. Sex workers shall be subject to routine STI-testing to ensure safety for both workers and clients. |
