| Mr. Speaker The Moderate Party feels that there have been too many early elections in the past couple of years and is tired of it. We need to have stability and have at least one normal 4 year cycle. This bill will ban all early elections till 4341, and the Imperial Diet could vote to extend our Early Election ban for another 4 years, and continue to extend it for 4 years if it pleases. I Yield |
