| This Declaration of War is officially dated June 10th, 4337 and hereby declares a state of war between the Dorvish Republic (also known as the Republic of Dorvik) and the Free State of Malivia. The reasons for the declaration of war include: 1) Systematic abuses of Narikaton and Darnussian sovereignty; 2) Intentional acts of crimes against humanity; 3) Intentionally planning and conducting a war of aggression; 4) Request for aide from the Narikaton and Darnussian government; 5) Gross violations of international and continental law; This Declaration of War shall be carried out by the Armed Forces of Dorvik and it's allies, cessation of hostilities shall be conducted by vote of the State Council by a two-thirds (2/3) majority of the State Council or by peace accord or treaty to end hostilities.
