| After years of increasing tensions between Narikaton-Darnussia and Malivia, which led to borders incidents, the Malivian Armed Forces conduced a preventive attack against Narikaton, due to the fact that, despite a peace conference ongoing in Dorvik, Narikaton continued to concentrating troops, make fear an imminent attack. Dorvik now declared war to Malivia, but where was Dorvik when during the peace talks Narikaton continued to concentrating troops and weapons on the Malivian borders. And how a nation which offer a peace conference, which should be neutral, was so rapid to declare war to Malivia? And, furthermore, they are supporting a nation like Narikaton, a veritable dictature, where the political rights, like the free speech, are supprimed, where the police has no limit and where people are segregated and discriminated on the basis of the race and/or the religion. Valruzia is ready to declare its support for Malivia and Istalia too should support its main ally in Artania. Both Istalia and Valruzia will not declare directly war to Narikaton or to Dorvik, or maybe just to Narikaton, but will send important expeditionary corps (50.000 up to 75.000 men and two Strategic Aeronaval Groups). Voting this bill the players of Istalia authorize the partecipation of the Nation to this RP. If nobody in Istalia would be able to follow the RP, it is assumed that Istalia retired their forces from the war and the government accepted the conditions of the enemies (or a separate peace, something like that, depending by the situation of the RP). If the same should happen in Malivia, it is assumed that the war is gained by Narikaton and its allies. For the developement of the war, follow the evolution on the forum. However, for any clarification you can message me. To be approved this bill needs of the vote in favor of 2/3 of the players (5 players) and 50%+1 of the parliament which vote yes. Thank you |

| Message | Mr. Speaker, We are fundamentally against involvement in a Artanian war. We should focus on protecting our own borders for exmple with Solentia which is making increasingly threatening claims on Istalia and is our only direct neighbour. | Message | Francesco di Nacosia-Rohan, Leader of LP: "Mr Speaker, betraying in this way Malivia, after that they call for our assistance, would be a catastrophic blow for the Istalian diplomacy and international reputation. A nation which doesn't respect its international committment is a nation in which noby could rely. An Alliance, a military alliance, is not valid and binding just for the nations which offer us their bases, with which we established common reasearch programs or with which our company benefit. An Alliance attributes responsabilities to both the side! Malivia showed to be a friendly nation on which we always could rely and which offered many times its support. And then, look at who is the enemy of Malivia, Narikaton, the fatherland of the Thallers, one of the major plague that this world knows since almost two century! Artania, Seleya, Dovani... Istalia as great power cannot discriminate from this or that theater, Istalia for the role which it covers has the duty to be active everywhere. With Solentia, as already explained, despite the feeling of the Governing Party, the Government clearly alligned itself with Istalia and we can read the recent treaty established between our nations to see that, also if it seems an opportunistic allignement, Solentia declared its allegiance to Istalia, for many reason, the first one and most important, probably the poor conditions of the Solentian Armed Forces and the constatation of the fact that an anti-istalian policy could only damage Solentia. And the activity on the Solentian borders are localized on the border Solentia-Kalopia, not on the Istalia-Solentia border. Indeed, we agreed with the Government of Solentia to establish a refugee corridor in case of refugees crisis in Kalopia. Solentia is proving to be a partner reasonable and which... we should accept as it is. Also because, to be fair, apart the current government party, the legislation in Solentia recognizes democratic rights to the Solentian citizens. |
