Riccardo Morelli, Whip of LP: "Mr Speaker, most part of the employers are pushed to pay their employees payroll contributions because attracted by the tax relief the State offer them. But we think that this should not be only a measure to affords less costs and more profits, but the employers should have the duty to contribute at least to the basic social security of their employees which are the veritable engine of their business to which the state left the payment of more extensive social security coverage. Thank you" |
