Following Act introduces a second version of the National Flag of the Republic of Valruzia.

1. Flag on the right (Simplified Flag of Valruzia) shall function as one of two acceptable versions of the National Flag of Valruzia and shall enjoy the same variety of rights and protections as the flag on the left (Ceremonial Flag of the Republic of Valruzia).

2. Flags can be used interchangeably and follow the same protocol as a National Flag of the Republic of Valruzia, however, it is advisable, in situations of great sublimeness and importance for the Republic of Valruzia, to use the Ceremonial Flag of Valruzia.
