Message | Riccardo Morelli, Whip of LP: "Mr Speaker, LP thinks that maintain separated the regional affairs from the State affairs and so their justices can assure less interferences on the shared matters with the local governments while regional curts can better handle issues linked to the territories. Instead, about the police forces, we think that the local administrations should have the right to maintain their own police forces, like municipal polices which can avoid to have an enormous centralized apparatus which should be capillary diffused on all the national territory to handle mainly minor issues and matters. For this reason we will vote against" |
