| Dear Members of Congress, The Block Bloc propose to adjust the government's spending budget to resolve the more cost effective budget plan, which will help replace the aging agricultural infrastructure, boost defense spending, build more prisons for more criminals, and provide more grants for promising science projects. We make cuts to the Ministry of Trade and Industry, because we already have privatized and deregulated industries, reducing the need to control the economy while producing a $5,000,000,000 surplus.
