| I hereby propose to ban the use, production, and possession of chemical and biological weapons. Recognizing that they can by used as an effective use for warfare, they do, however, cause inhumane wounds and deaths that are simply too inhumane. Therefore a ban on these weapons would make us more humane and less likely to inflict painful and permanent maiming and death to combatants and civilians. |
