Members of the Chamber of Deputies, For years, the Lourennian Economy has been falling behind. Why? Because in Lourenne, cryptocurrency is illegal. This is terrible for our economy. As a man with international business experience, I can tell you that in other nations, cryptocurrency has been extremely successful and makes business transactions easier to complete. ARTICLE ONE: The official Lourennian cryptocurrency shall be the Lourennian Digital Franc (LDF). ARTICLE TWO: The central bank will control the distribution and value of the LDF.
