Bill: Cryptocurrency Reform Bill of January 4348

Details

Submitted by[?]: Parti Démocratique

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: December 4348

Description[?]:

Members of the Chamber of Deputies,

For years, the Lourennian Economy has been falling behind. Why? Because in Lourenne, cryptocurrency is illegal. This is terrible for our economy. As a man with international business experience, I can tell you that in other nations, cryptocurrency has been extremely successful and makes business transactions easier to complete.

ARTICLE ONE:
The official Lourennian cryptocurrency shall be the Lourennian Digital Franc (LDF).

ARTICLE TWO:
The central bank will control the distribution and value of the LDF.

ARTICLE THREE:
All laws in conflict with this bill are hence declared null and void

With that, I yield.

Arthur Sargent

Leader of the Parti Populaire Démocratique

CEO of Respenser Inc.

MessageThe PLL agrees to the bill. We have not seen Cryptocurrency develop in Lourenne since it was made illegal. However, it is time that we regulate it and have the government control most of it to see the progress it creates.
