| Law of Return for Ethnic Dorvish and Invitation for Ethnic Dundorfians, and Duntrekkers Article 1 - Ethnic Dorvish & Dundorfians Upon the passage of this Law, all Dundorfischen (ethnic or naturalized Dundorfian) and Volksdundorfische (ethnic Dundorfians and Lorman living outside Dundorf, including Dorvik, etc.) may apply to either receive or recover their citizenship and become eligible for subsidized transport, reintegration, and permanent settlement within the country. This Law applies to all Volksdundorfische which pass the qualification process and are placed upon the "Dundorfische u. Dovischeren Volksliste" in categories 1, 2, & 3. All other applications for immigration to or within Dundorf are hereby relegated positions behind all Volksdundorfische applicants, until all the latter have been processed and/or passed. One is determined an ethnic Dundorfian, Lorman, or Dorvish, or determined eligible for the benefit of the current Law, if they fulfill the criteria within a specific section. Category 1 - Expatriate: 1. Expatriate ethnic Dundorfischer with proof of former citizenship and birth within Dundorf. 2. The Spouse of an ex-pat along with any children born to either. 3. The direct Children of an ex-pat. Category 2 - Ethnic Dundorfians: 1. Proof of Dundorfians ethnicity going back no less than two generations within the residing country. 2. The Spouse of a proven ethnic Dundorfians. 3. The direct Children of a proven ethnic Dundorfians. Category 3 - Ethnic Dorvischer or Lorman: 1. Proof of Dorvischer and/or Lorman ethnicity going back no less than three generations within the residing country. 2. The Spouse of a proven ethnic Dorvischer and/or Lorman. 3. The direct Children of a proven ethnic Dorvischer and/or Lorman. Article 2 - Ethnic Duntrekkers Upon the passage of this Law, all applications of immigration to Dundorf regarding ethnic Duntrekkers and their families will be placed on the Dundorfische Volksliste in Category 4 and immediately forwarded to the "Duntrekkeren Einwanderungsrat" (Duntrekker Immigration Council) for independent review. |
