| Message | Mr. Marshall, We are still facing the threat of a military conflict with Likatonai, as there have been threats made by the administration of the former Likatoninan President. This budget expansion will allow for the finalization of the most crucial reforms in our National Forces of Defense. Our Air Defense Forces are still waiting for the reform of its equipment and the Ministry of National Defense is yet to evaluate the most important needs of our air force. What's more, is the fact that MOND is considering further expansion of ou aircraft carrier fleet with additional two carriers to complete the current two aircraft carriers.
