Bill: PdM: 1.1 Three-Year Plan (4351-4354)

Details

Submitted by[?]: Militärregierung - Alte Kämpfergruppe

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: April 4356

Description[?]:

The PdM would like to implement these tasks during the Bundestag session starting in January 4351.

Social changes:
1. Passage of the "Law of Return for Ethnic Dundorfian and Invitation for Ethnic Dorvish, Lorman, and Duntrekkers" and shifting of revenue to Ministry of the Interior to fund the bill. Estimated to cost around Ð3,000,000,000 over three years; after the three year period, the Law will be reevaluated.
2. Passage of the "Statement on Religion" - Legalization of religion throughout Dundorf.
3. Return of moderate "Pillarisation" of institutions. Details to be discussed and negotiated.

Economic and monetary changes:
1. "Millionen Häuser: Private Homeownership Initiative" - Push toward private ownership of the housing in Dundorf. Gradual investment into subsidizing private housing, then gradual release of government subsidy.
2. "Local Money, Local Control: Local Scholars Initiative" - Localizing all educational services to the States. Shifting money from the national educational budget and moving toward other much needed areas while keeping into place "parachute payments" until the States can adjust their funding streams.
3. "80.000 Towns, 80.000 Connections: Connect the Dundorf Initiative" - Investment/upgrades to Infrastructure and Transport (esp. railroads, ferries, local roads, and merchant marine) from Ð7,000,000,000 to Ð21,000,000,000 over three years. Likewise, the gradual implementations of grants to distribute funds to local communities to fund local infrastructure fixes.
4. "Back-to-the-Land: 100,000 New Farms Initiative" - Encourage a "back to the land" movement by creating and disbursing grants to encourage small farms and agricultural growth. This will be funded by keeping the current agriculture funding as is although the current policy is one of local government implementing plans.
5. "Freeing the Banking Initiative" - Implementing changes to the financial system by freeing up capital and deregulations to encourage the growth of banking with and emphasis on smaller, community-based banks and credit unions.
6. "Everyone an entrepreneur: 1 Million New Businesses Initiative" - Localizing as many aspects of the economy as possible while using grants to encourage the growth of MSMEs (KMUs): micro- (<5 employees), small- (<25 employees) and medium-sized (<150 employees) shops, factories, businesses, and enterprises. Using Law to break-up large corporations.
7. "Small Is Beautiful Initiative" - Encourage Dundorfians in the big cities to "return" to small towns through tax incentives, advertising, and grants to create better lives in rural areas.

MessageReligion is legal in Dundorf but it is strictly separated from the state, you may not like it, but the separation of religion from the state is the basis of democracy.
