MessageIf you look at the Mehozot themselves, there's not much difference between them demographically.
All are a little under 20 million residents; all are majority Yeudish (racially, religiously, linguistically); all have the same number of delegates in Knesset.
There is therefore no reason why any one region should have any considerable advantage over another.
