The responsibilites of Foreign Affairs will be conducted by the Hobrazian Party of Centrists
Article 3
The responsibilites of Internal Affairs will be conducted by the Kapitalistyczna Partia Hobrazia
Article 4
The responsibilites of Finance will be conducted by the Kapitalistyczna Partia Hobrazia
