A bill designed to create as open a pathway with the rest of the world as possible, for both citizens from abroad to Luthorians. This will benefit the people and the economy of Luthori, bringing foreign culture and foreign investment to our country. This also brings more administration for clarity and for reasons of polling, studies, and research of inequality (economic, social, etc), citizens should be required to register race and religion. |
