Description[?]:
As it is becoming increasingly clear to the nation that our presence within the region is being manipulated and toyed with, we introduce the nation's first row of sanctions on the Grand Imperial Union of Dankuk and the Kingdom of Klavia Okeano in response to Dankuk's activities of espionage against the state and its procurement of weapons of mass destruction. Article I: Investments into Dankuk Kazulian-based and non-Kazulian businesses introducing significant investments of an amount over 1,000,000 LOD shall be liable to receiving 3 out of 6 sanctions by the Federal Republic of Kazulia. (1) denial of financial and economic assistance from Kazulia; (2) denial of export licenses for exports to companies originating from the nation in question; (3) prohibition on loans or credits from Kazulian financial institutions of over $1 million (4) prohibition on debt exchange by Kazulia (5) denial of Kazulian government procurement opportunities (6) a ban on all exports and imports from the nation in question Article II: Transport and Travel As it stands the nations ban on travel to Dankuk shall remain. The movement of goods and services to the nation from the Federal Republic of Kazulia shall be banned. Article III: Offshore Accounts Taxation Act Compliance with the Offshore Accounts Taxation Act is important to any nation seeking to conduct any form of trade within the Dovani markets. OATA acts as a government outreach into financial institutions with either Kazulian connections or financial institutions with Kazulian account holders. The act aims to tax the assets of Kazulian citizens within said financial institutions as a means of curbing efforts of tax evasion. By allowing a Kazulian account holder to evade taxes a nation's government opens itself to be introduced to the Stordalen Blacklist of nations who will be viewed as money laundering safe-havens and could possibly receive sanctions. |

Message | Dear parties in Kazulia, The monarch has changed and Yoon Jin is incredibly different to her mother. She is trying to make peace instead of what her mother tried to do She keeps out of government actions and allows myself to lead the government, I think you will find my party is trying to resolve issues Klavia are currently trying to make a nuclear agreement which we are not accepting. We don't believe in violence but want to build up relations. We know that this cannot be immediate but we would prefer to build relations rather than lose Our government is taking steps to reduce far-right influences on the military with our secret agent now being reformed in such away that centre-right dominates My party is democratic and only support the new empress due to her willingness to allow us to resume democracy after her mother dictatorship reign We hope to hear from parties in your country and look at coming to an agreement where our country can be recognised for democracy and peace rather than extremism and violence. We are trying to improve things and look forward to hearing from you Elizabeth Kong Prime Minister of Dankuk |
