MessageDisclosure on Article 2..By Race and Religion we dont mean Biological Race and Skin Colour,we mean Ethnic Race meaning the commanding officers must be Turjaks and we believe that is a very reasonable suggestion...and we can disregard the Religion part of it as long as the Commanders in question are Turjaks
