MessageMembers of Parliament,

Former President Gordon Mirani and the Democratic Left had one thing in common; they both had no sense of economics. The Democratic Left is a party of reckless spending and ridiculous taxation; their economic policies are a burden on our nation. We have a large debt and large unemployment levels- wasting money on leaves, grass, those sticks doctors put in your mouth and vinegar will not fix those problems, that is a guarantee.

I fully understand that under the Mirani leadership, the Tea Party failed and trying to fix the economy and I regret voting for the flat tax even though I am for low taxes and even though our GDP has increased slightly. However Gordon Mirani has resigned and I have replaced him meaning that there will no longer be anymore economic mismanagement made by the Tea Party, it will managed in the correct form. The Tea Party will vote against this bill and will not support any budget increases unless they have been proposed for a reason.

MessageMs Speaker,

Once again, we see the Tea Party lie about the Democratic Lefts position on taxation and economics. Our government with the Labour Party and Green Party is seeing the introduction of a tax plan which actually reduces the tax burden. We are working with businesses in order to expand investment and ensure we are investing correctly as a government to support further growth. The Tea Party may have a new leader, but they still don't understand basic economic principles. Without redistributive taxes and government investment, the economy will not recover from the Tea Party's disastrous mismanagement.

Mr Grayson should learn a lesson from the recent election, the people do not agree with libertarian economics, they don't agree with him and his party on many social issues and he should take note. Our nation needs strong investment and a strong government to deliver economic prosperity. That's what they have now, unfortunately, they were let down by the Tea Party who seems to spend more time attacking parties, instead of debating policy.

Random fact: "OOC", "IC" and "IG" are commonly-used acronyms in Particracy. "OOC" refers to comments, discussions and actions which are out-of-character, meaning they are done player-to-player rather than party-to-party. "IC" refers to in-character interactions (ie. party-to-party). Similarly, "IG" means in-game, although this term may also simply refer to what happens in the actual game interface, as opposed to on the forum or elsewhere. "RP" just means "role-play".
