| Message | Sorry I'm new and not entirely sure about little details, but the bill you linked is a bill that makes a different change to abortion. The bill submitted by the Communists obviously in a previous Congress that you linked extended abortion admirably, but did not provide for universality, and the other article wasn't in any of the links, and I appreciate you had problems with internet.
