And we have to admit that probably in several field the devolution process went to far. We are open to establish clearly what could be devolved and what should remain in the hand of the central government, and we think that in this field, we could support just the article 4 to remain in the hands of the local governments. We will support a re-devolution of the article 4, but for the moment we cannot but vote in favor of this bill, to contrast the risk of a process of excessive diversification of the education system on the territory, risking to have difference also in the quality of the public school.
