| Message | Members of the Reichstag! I call on all of you to support this bill regardless of partisan interests. The people want the monarchy, even though the SVP is a centre-left republican party, we want to give the people what they want. Let us vote for this proposal for the people. The people want fair representation, as such let us allow the easier formation of government. I ask all parties to cooperate so as to form a better country that is for everyone.
