Current: Foreign missionaries are not permitted to enter the nation.
Proposed: The government requires foreign missionaries to register with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Old value:: The state does not intervene in the remuneration of ministers of religion.
Current: The state does not intervene in the remuneration of ministers of religion.

| Message | Mr. Speaker, This is everything but an attack on freedom of religion. We want to create a secular state, but a secular state does not mean a state without boundaries. We have to make sure every religion gets the same opportunities and that religions will not go unregulated while our bussinesses and vital services are regulated. | Message | I can see how article 2 and 3 are fine but they need to be loosely regulated and not strictly regulated. Article one is a little different. because the missionaries are foreign we don't have to give them the right to evangelize. I feel it could present problems with foreign nations. We could exempt some nations from the registration process but that would ruin the goal of the bill. If the bill goes through we'd have some work to do.
