ToDebating the Budget proposal of November 4362
MessageA new budget with minor spending amendments: increase spending for the Ministry of Education and Culture and the Ministry of Trade and Industry. Smaller cuts have been made in other departments, with the largest cut being from the Foreign Affairs budget. Overall, this budget will eradicate the current deficit and produce a small surplus.

We hope that these adjustments will be approved by the Bundestag.

Hans Müller,
Federal Minister for Finance
