| The Doglovan Progressive party believes, due to our strong support of public art and culture policies, that it is due time for a change in the way we treat our culture and national arts programs. Therefore: We put forth this bill with the proposals below in hopes of fostering great creativity in our wonderful country. |

If such channels/museums/ect. truly provide value to the people, then they will be funded through peaceful and voluntarily means. |
