Status[?]: passed
Votes: This bill proposes the withdrawal from a treaty. It will require half of the legislature to vote in favor[?]. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: March 4366
Description[?]:
We are proposing a bill that will start a new wave of securing our nation! First proposal is a withdrawal on the treaty that affirms signing nations citizens the right to bear arms. We shall not and will not allow other nations to dictate what our domestic policies should be. Withdrawal from this treaty is a priority! Second proposal is to change citizens right to assemble in public. We will still allow the right to assemble but WE MUST allow our police and security forces the right to disperse groups that could be dangerous to the welfare of the public and state! |

Article 2

Message | I am in support of the first part of the bill, but I would like an amendment to the second proposal- taking away the freedom to assemble, anytime, anywhere, is a major constitutional crisis. Removal would lower our countries freedoms and degrade our feeling of openess to the world. If Article 2 is not changed, I will vote a no, regardless of my lack in seating, - Doglovan Progressive Party |

Message | We have changed the second proposal to only allow the police to disperse a group if public safety is at risk. We are sure this will allow both of our sides views. We hope you will vote yes! |

Random fact: By default the head of government is the ultimate authority within a national government. In general terms, heads of government are expected to consult with cabinet colleagues (including those from other parties) before making significant decisions but they remain responsible for government action. |
