Message | Mr. Speaker, Deltaria's infrastructural system has been left to the private sector for decades now. While a private system could work it has caused some problems in the past. Therefor as a part of our program to create a Semi-Private system we propose this bill that in our opinion would elevate our country's infrastructure to higher levels. As we have stated time and time again we believe that private enterprise is a excellent thing for society but the government should at least have one hand in certain industry's to prevent catastrophe or greed from taking over.
