Message | I think you greatly misunderstand some of the core tenants of private enterprise. A company is not simply looking to make as much short-term profit as possible. If they are unfair to their workers their workers will be inclined to leave, and business-people are not silly enough to ignore that there are non-monetary factors when it comes to keeping a business steady.
