I would like to clarify the difference between Istalian citizens and Foreign citizens. In my argument, i mentioned Istalian citizens of the state, meaning everyone who posesses an Istalian passport. These people are official Istalians and should always have the right to sit out their prison time on Istalian soil. In your adress, you mentioned foreign citizens. These people are not Istalian state citizens and therefore don't have the right to be in Istalia for prolonged periods of time. So yes, these people should be extradited as soon as possible, but when it comes to Istalian citizens we see it as our responsibility to keep them home. Grazie.'' |
