| This Declaration of War is officially dated on the 16th June, 4369 and hereby declares a state of war between the Kingdom of Kazulia and the Grand Imperial Union of Dankuk. The reasons for the declaration of war include: 1) Systematic threats towards the national security of the Kingdom of Kazulia 2) The assassination of the Consul General to Dankuk 3) Harbouring chemical and biological weapons with the intent of destructive use against the Kingdom. This Declaration of War shall be carried out by the Armed Forces, cessation of hostilities shall be conducted by vote of the parliament by a two-thirds (2/3) majority of the parliament or by peace accord or treaty to end hostilities. |
