Message | Unions place a third party between the employer / employee relationship, with its own motives which have little to do with either the the profitability of the company or the conditions of the workers. Strikes by other companies place an even more disinterested third party into the relationship, causing companies to be negatively impacted by the actions of others completely unrelated to the operations of the company. |
