Already our neighbors in Dorvik have pledged their support for our mutual ally. As members of the Northern Council we must stand with our ally as we would want them to stand with us should we become entangled in conflict. In order to honor our obligations the Whig Party introduces this Resolution in Support of our ally Kazulia to let the world know that the Northern Council will stand united. http://classic.particracy.net/viewtreaty.php?treatyid=3378 Northern Council Treaty ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The Commonwealth of Rutania upon passage of this Resolution shall commit itself to preventing further escalation of tension between Kazulia and Dankuk. The Commonwealth of Rutania shall be resolved to consider methods and means of supporting our allies in Kazulia. The Commonwealth of Rutania shall be resolved to regard any belligerent actions by other nations against Kazulia with the strongest possible condemnation and shall respond to such actions with measured responses to prevent and halt any belligerence against Kazulia. |

| Message | Mr. Speaker It is shameful that the DSPR will take a stand to vote against early elections in attempt to keep Vanderburg in power yet they refuse to take a stand and either stand with our ally as we rightfully should or stand against our ally as their pacifist communist ideology apparently teaches.
