Voting deadline: May 4372
Description[?]:
Salonian Law on Workers' Control Senators, One of the key principles of the Republican agenda is the creation of an economic system where the distinction between employer and employee becomes irrelevant and where Republican workers have control over their own destiny. While a full guild system as proposed by the Republican Party is impractical to build overnight, we believe that it is time to slowly promote the growth and establishment of worker-owned businesses, in order to gradually implement a fully Socialist and Republican economic system, where work is rewarded and class conflict is abolished. Should this law pass the Republic shall undertake to encourage worker ownership of all industries by granting economic advantages to worker-owned businesses. Additionally this bill shall allow employees of businesses that declare bankruptcy to reclaim their industry and return it to good working condition.
