| Honourable members of the Chamber, Today is the day to get our priorities on point by making people who are struggling no1 again. We do not need more money in foreign treaties or military showoff, but we do need more money to prevent hard-working Istalians from falling under the poverty line. Old value:: All adults not supported by another person shall be guaranteed a very basic subsistence income by the government. However, the provision of this is not to exceed a certian period of time.
