| Following communications with the Foreign Ministry that Dankuk's government will welcome aid to the impoverished region that suffered under the military conflict this bill request the Peoples Assembly approve this measure to provide aid to Dankuk. Article I The Commonwealth of Rutania shall provide the Grand Imperial Union of Dankuk with aid in the amount of 900,000.00 Rutas (RUT) Annually beginning after the passage of this bill and ending in December of 4379. The aid shall be converted through the Lodamese Central Bank http://www.mediafire.com/?dq115acoxleid (Currency Converter). The equivalent of this aid in Dranlands (DRA) is 12,107,932.01 Annually. Funds for this aid shall be provided by the Rutanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Article II This aid is to be used for the explicit purpose of reconstructing Infrastructure and providing social services to the impoverished Sorvestland Region. |

I would also like to inform the assembly that the Foreign Secretary accepted an invitation from the Grand Imperial Union to attend a state dinner with the Prime Minister of Dankuk.
