| Following the recent terrorist atrocity conducted by the Communist Party against the people of Egelion (see here http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=55&p=131819#p131819 ), the government of Egelion proposes that we authorise the Egelion Armed Forces, Police Forces and Intelligence Services to closely cooperate with our neighbour in the Confederation of New Endralon and Kizenia (from now on referred to as the "Confederation") to prevent that nation being used as a base for Communists to launch terrorist attacks in Egelion. This proposal would see as key activities (but not limited to) the following; - Intelligence sharing between Egelion and the Confederation - Border patrolling between the Egelion and tante Confederation to prevent the movement of weapons and known criminals across the border - Shared planning and activity between police forces in both countries to disrupt terrorist cells operating in either country Plus any other measures that are agreed between the respective security forces and intelligence agencies of both countries. |

| Message | OOC: Sorry for my late response, I'm on a schooltrip to Rome and the wifi isn't great so to speak. IC: Hobourable Deputies of Egelion, We are very concerned with the situation in Egelion. The illegal armed protests in Egelion are not good for the stability in Keris. Therefore we support this. We have reinforced the border with Egelion, to discourage all illegal activities in the region with the border. We will keep our promise to share our intelligence. We in the Confederation have always had some trouble with illegal communist organisations. For a long time they were relatively peacefull but with the Egelionese unrest they are once agian increasingly active. We fear that the groups within the Confederation and the communists terrorists will cooperate, and we have to stop that. I would also like to inform you that we will welcome the refugees that flee to the Confederation from the communist violence.
