Message | What level of control over the populace are you trying to reach here? Studies have shown that curfews are completely bonkers. Youth actually commit more crimes during the day than at night. And what if little Jimmy just wanted to take the dog out to take a piss for a moment. He now has a criminal record for letting his dog piss.
