| This bill seeks to establish a free education service for the country which will cover; - Academic learning - Apprenticeships - Professional Qualifications - Adult Key Skills (Maths, Science and Languages) This bill will require a 45bn MRD injection for the education budget, but will allow everyone in the country access to education. This is also beneficial to the businesses in our country as they will not have to fork out millions every year for training. |

Old value:: The government introduces means tested loans for higher education tuition, to be paid back by students after earnings reach a certain amount.
Current: The government subsidizes higher education tuition to a certain amount, the rest is covered by the individual students. This includes scholarship programs.
Proposed: The government fully subsidizes tuition.
