We are engage ourself to do, not to remain on the side with an hatchet, but to do it is necessary that the people contribute. And colleagues of PRI, an increase in government spending results in an increase in national income. Thus, its effect on national income is expansionary. However, the increase in income is greater than the increase in government spending. So, also with the effect of the taxation, if the latter corrispond to the increase in government spending, the general outcome will remain positive. Off course, we could increase the government spending through the deficit, but then we havw to deal with the interests of the deficit spending and sure you remember very well all the efforts of several governments decades ago to contrast the public deficit. You called to the emergency of our budgetary situation at the time. Do you want make fall the country again in such vortex again? We don't think." |
