what we The Luthoran Unionist Party are purposing is the voluntary membership of The Republic of Kirlawa within The Imperial Commonwealth of Nations in accordance to the wishes and desires of all Kirlawans irrespective of Race, Religion, or Creed. Furthermore it should noted that in pursuing such membership Kirlawa will gain necessary access to foreign markets throughout Terra and greatly increase the peace and prosperity currently being enjoyed by those whom we govern and that should such membership within the Commonwealth become problematic by nature Kirlawa shall reserve the right of withdrawal.

Message	In joining the commonwealth will they be stipulating that we must take his Imperial Highness as our head of state? If so then this most definitely will impose upon our sovereignty and will remove the right of the people to democratically elect their leaders. The SDLP will be abstaining and will not be supporting such a move with such questions still to be answered.
