Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill proposes to change income taxes. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

Voting deadline: May 4384

Description[?]:

Members of the Kongres,

As Treasurer, it is my duty to ensure that Saridan’s Finances are managed efficiently and that we tighten our belts when it comes to spending and taxation. Today I introduce the Treasury’s new policy; we will review the tax code every 5 years as of 4385 and we will alter spending every 2 years as of 4384. These policies are necessary to ensure that Saridan is properly financed and that our funds are managed to our highest standards. Our national debt is currently sitting at 50.5 Billion SAD and that will be eradicated within 4 years if this bill is passed.

I look forward to working with the other Cabinet Members on managing our funds effectively and efficiently.

Rudyard Stainthorpe
Treasurer of Saridan
