Message | "Mr. Speaker, This government is delivering on key promises that we made during the last election campaign to help ordinary working families and their children reach their full potential. That is why we are introducing the Working Families Package, to boost social protections for lower- and middle-income families, by increasing child benefit from a flat rate of 5 MRD a week, to 15 MRD for those earning under 20,000 MRD to 10 MRD for those earning above 20,000 MRD, implementing in-work benefits for parents of 8 MRD a week, and introducing an education allowance of 9 MRD a week, which parents can use to purchase school materials for their children This will help average families by ending the final remnants of the Grumsworth economic agenda that hit workers the hardest and usher in a new era of fairness in Mordusia Thank you, and vote aye on the Working Families Package" - Marie Dupont, Secretary of State for Social Affairs & Employment MP for Perigon Mountain |
