Message | I don't think that this is the solution. My party would support allowing non-felons to vote, but we can't support this bill because it would allow felons- who by the nature of being felons have betrayed their country or lethally harmed their fellow citizens- to vote. |
Date | 03:48:05, April 30, 2018 CET | From | Goldstein Coalition for a Greater Beitey | To | Debating the Criminals Voting Act |
Message | Criminals should always be allowed to vote, the government should not just be able to restrict your right to such a basic thing like voting. |
Date | 23:25:51, April 30, 2018 CET | From | Reformist Party | To | Debating the Criminals Voting Act |
Message | Those who are incarcerated should not be allowed to hold political influence, such as casting a ballot! |

Random fact: Any RP law granting extraordinary "emergency powers" or dictator-like powers to a government must be passed by at least a 2/3rds majority, but (like all RP laws) may always be overturned by a simple majority vote of the legislature. |
