MessageWe believe that this bill will suffieciently calm those adherents of Halibutt still remaining in the land who may complain when the national anthem is changed.

(OOC: Ok the Internationsal Sausage party is long gone but for the purposes of roleplay, lets just pretend we still have people who worship sausages and Hallibutt in the land...the ISP was traditionally sympathetic to the views of the BTP so at this time it would be sensible to give them something in return for changing the anthem).
