Description[?]:

Members of the Kongres,

I present to you today, the biannual Budget with minor changes:

- The Internal Affairs Budget has been increased by 5Bn to improve management of our labour camps and construct another two in Kaap and Sint Pieterand.

- A 2Bn cut to the Finance Budget as currency circulation is quite high with an estimated 8 Trillion SAD worldwide

- An increase to the Defence Budget of 5Bn as we are receiving threats from various countries, specifically Istalia who have recently conducted an exercise in the Sea or Lost Souls

- A cut of Infrastructure and Transport of 10Bn to cover the vital spending costs needed

Debt has been significantly reduced to 10.9 Billion SAD and we are going to establish reserves by the next Budget.

*NVV Vice Chair Gustaaf Adrianus Hoffmeister, Standing in for Chairman Nokolebe as he is currently under investigation for his racial background, stands to address the kongres*

The proposed recipients of these said budgets are completely unnecessary, may you consider that we would not be receiving these international threats and sanctions if we were not imposing slavery and denying basic human rights to our native citizens? and may I go further and suggest that we would not need to increase any part of our budget if we were not creating these camps and systematically spending funds to strip non duntrekkers of their hard earned and hard won property? as long as the race policies of the one nation stand, we shall not support this
