Upon approval by the Congress fo National Deputies, it shall be enacted that the national government will create a "Small Business Development Bank" which will be under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Economic Affairs. The Small Business Development Bank will distribute grants and low-interest loans and micro-loans to small business ventures that are showing they can stay in business and have potential for growth and follow proper business practices. |
