| We, The Communist Union of Farmers and our government, have decided to introduce constitutional reform to make our nation a true People's Republic. We need our people to know that we are their for them and not for the high ranking officials. Since we know the Thallers have played a massive role in the development and history of our nation we propose a similair system as in Deltaria. We would want a council of 8 Thallers to be installed that will help the official government with determining foreign policy and it advises the president on the appointment of a Prime Minister. We hereby also explain the flag. The big star in the middle represents the government of the Republic and the Prime Minister. The 8 stars around the big star represent the 8 Thallers in the People's Council. The Laurel represents unity among the people and the red symbolizes the blood spilled for the land and the socialism that has been established. The Council of Thaller's will be called the "People's Council" After the passing of this bill the name of the nation will be renamed to "Demokratische Volksrepublik von Narikaton und Darnussien" |
