MessageThe lack of a national curriculum puts young people at jeopardy across this great country. There has to be outcomes for young people and a standard set for learning to ensure good practice and good learning. Otherwise whilst some institutions might have the best of intentions by allowing full autonomy to schools they may not meet the need and we could end up with a skills gap due to lack of learning in some areas. The SDLP is strongly opposed to the removal of the national curriculum.p

Random fact: Particracy does not allow real-life fictional references (eg. Gandalf, Harry Potter, Luke Skywalker).

Random quote: "If this were a dictatorship, it'd be a heck of a lot easier, just so long as I'm the dictator." - George W. Bush
