| Non-human animals are entitled to the possession of their own lives and that their most basic interests—such as the need to avoid suffering—should be afforded the same consideration as similar interests of human beings. This bill aims to: 1. Give Animals Rights to live without the fear of abuse from other people 2. Require owners of Farm Animals to have a permit to kill and sell some allowed animals 3. Make animal cruelty Illegal 4. Animal Cruelty by default is: The intentional hurting of animals without enough evidence and reason to do so, Deprive the animal's rights to have food and drinkable water, Allow an owner to abandon his/her animal in the streets or any other similar places where the owner may not be able to protect the animal. |
